Immaginiamo il suono Jazz come un buon piatto di cucina...abbiamo voluto creare una sorta di "guida Michelin" di "ristoranti" in salsa Jazz, non solo indicando gli strumenti a disposizione, chitarre ed amplificatori, ma  anche i metodi espressivi più adatti per sfruttarli al meglio, la loro storia e la loro struttura, lasciando alla sensibilità di chi ascolta far risuonare le "note" più consone alle proprie corde.

Let's imagine the sound of Jazz like a good dish...in a word, we wanted to create a sort of "Michelin guide" to the Jazzsauce "restaurant", indicating not only the instruments available. guitars end amplifiers, but also the most suitable methods of expression to take advantage of them in the best possible way, their history and structure, leaving it to the sensitivity of listeners to strike the "notes" that are most in keeping with their heartstrings.
